Rakesh Biswas is the Chairman of IYSERT Energy Research Private Limited and Founder of India's premier Research & Development Institute IYSERT RESEARCH LABX in the field of Renewable energy , life sciences , Defense , Aeronautics , Automation ,Rain Water Harvesting projects . His Organisation IYSERT (International Youth Society of Ecofriendly and Renewable Technology ) had expanded organisation across 8 countries and does extensive volunteer work across the world. Being a strong personality in South Asia, he has received the Karamaveer Chakhra Bronze Award 2014 , Silver 2019 as well as the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rastiya Ekta Samman in 2014. He was awarded the International Business leadership Award in 2017 by IES Malaysia, Awarded Asia’s Top 50 Business Company by CNBC ASIAN BUSINESS LEADERSHIP AWARDS 2017 ,SHANGHAI And Recognized India's Top 10 Companies by Silicon India 2019 & Awarded for Best Suggested Project In Rhodes Youth Forum and the Greece’s 25 million INR winner for Business Technology.
